Return Window & Eligibility:
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items should be in a condition safe for plant transit or in their original packaging. 

Return Shipping Fees & Costs:
Returns are 100% free. There are no return shipping costs, no restocking fees, and no hidden charges for any return or replacement requests.

How to Request a Return or Replacement:
To initiate a request, please contact our support team via email at info@beesplantshub.com or via WhatsApp at +91 85906 69171 with your order details and photos of the items. Once verified by our team, an eligible free replacement or full refund will be arranged.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
