Refund & Return Policy

At Bees Plant Hub, We take utmost care to deliver healthy plants and quality products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below for complete details. 

Returns:

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products under the conditions mentioned below.

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund within 10 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

1.The product must be unused and in its original condition.
2.The product must be returned in its original packaging.
3.Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
4.Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

We offer replacements only for plants that are:

* Damaged during transit
* Defective upon delivery
* Incorrect plants delivered

To request a replacement, we highly recommend recording an unboxing video for faster claim processing.
After verification by our support team, an eligible replacement will be arranged.

If the wrong plant or a damaged plant was delivered by us, the replacement will be provided at no additional cost to the customer. 

Return Method:

Returns are accepted by mail and what's app.

Please contact us before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Healthy live plants delivered in good condition
Products showing signs of use
Requests made after the 10-day return period

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:

The item is damaged
The item is defective
You received the wrong product

Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
